About Me

I am a United States Army Veteran and currently serve in the Army Reserves.  I am stationed here in beautiful Okinawa with my active-duty husband, three children, and two cats.  I studied at the fully accredited Body Therapy Center & School of Massage in Belleville, IL (part of the Southwestern Illinois College) and earned my license to practice from the state of Illinois.  Before moving here I worked as an LMT (licensed massage therapist) at Life Spine Health Enhancement Center, a family chiropractic clinic in Swansea, IL.  As a member of the American Massage Therapists Association my goals are to provide excellent massage therapy to improve the quality of life for those in my community and to continuously build on my skills as a massage therapist.
