Welcome to Buena Vida! If you’re looking for a professional licensed massage therapist, you’ve come to the right place.

I am trained in a variety of modalities: myofascial release, deep, sports, Swedish, and pregnancy, & only use pure essential oils for aromatherapy.  You can choose to get your massage here at my house (I live on Kadena AB) or I can come to yours.  Click on the "Services & Rates" page to learn more about the various modalities, rates, and session lengths.
